Living with the menopause

The primary goal of Menonet is to spread awareness so perimenopause and menopause are no longer mysterious life stages. We aim to empower women experiencing menopause by increasing understanding of the changes in their bodies and providing knowledge to navigate this transition. Additionally, we strive to educate loved ones, employers, and healthcare providers so they can offer informed support. By reframing menopause as a natural phase rather than an affliction, we hope to create a society where women do not suffer unnecessarily. Many women begin perimenopause years before age 50, yet most are unaware it can start in their 30s since the term was unfamiliar to previous generations. This lack of information often leaves women confused, anxious, and ashamed about a natural transition they have long been told to silently endure. The continued lack of open discussion around perimenopause is concerning given how many women experience it.
